Be Thankful

Be Thankful

1. As we allow God’s Word to take hold in our lives, we become supernaturally strong and resilient to all the assailants of life.

Romans 5

18 Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.

19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.

2. God sent Jesus to deliver us from sin and death, His deliverance is only and always found in His Word.

Psalm 51:10

Create in me a clean heart, O God,

And renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Psalm 51:12

Restore to me the joy of Your salvation,

And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.

John 14:1

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.

3. My heart is not troubled; I believe God and His Word.

John 14:27

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

4. God’s Word is our peace.
