Early Learning Program
8 weeks – 1st grade
Our Early Learning Program is for children ages 8 weeks through 1st grade. ELP is open every Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm.

Preschool
Our preschool provides a God-centered, hands-on learning experience for children ages 8 weeks through Pre-K. Preschool is a child’s first experience in a structured setting with teachers and groups of children. Students participate in art, music, and monthly Chapel services. Preschool classes are designed to provide students with social, emotional, spiritual and physical development along with promoting language and cognitive skills. Your child will get to know God through daily bible stories, worship songs and scripture memorization. The Word of God will be planted in the hearts of our littlest learners.

Elementary
Our Elementary Program is an education model that incorporates a solid classroom experience partnered with independent homeschooling for children in grades Kindergarten and 1st. Our Elementary model provides alternative learning opportunities to families in Tulsa and surrounding communities. Students attend school three days per week, and are provided materials to continue their education at home the remaining two weekdays. Hybrid learning such as this is an effective model of teaching that provides families the opportunity to learn and grow together. Parents partner with our teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

Babies-Twos:
3 days/week: $315/month
2 days/week: $275/month
1 day/week: $235/month
Supply Fee: $50 per 7-week summer session
Threes-Pre-K:3 days/week: $315/month
2 days/week: $275/month
Supply Fee: $50 per 7-week summer session
Entering Kindergarten — Entering 3rd Grade:3 days/week: $360/month
Supply Fee: $100 per 7-week summer session
2026 - 2027 School Year
August — May
Babies-Twos:
3 days/week: $4,000 annually or 10 payments of $400/month
2 days/week: $3,500 annually or 10 payments of $350/month
1 day/week: $3,000 annually or 10 payments of $300/month
Threes-Pre-K:3 days/week: $4,000 annually or 10 payments of $400/month
2 days/week: $3,500 annually or 10 payments of $350/month
Kindergarten — 1st Grade:3 days/week: $4,750 annually or 10 payments of $475/month
* No supply fee or processing fee for the 2026-2027 school year

Student drop-off opens at 8:55am and pickup closes at 2:05pm. Only pre-approved adults are permitted to pick up a student.

Students bring their own lunch and water bottle with them each day. We will provide a morning snack.

Students in classes 1A – 3B will have a nap/rest time after lunch each day. Students in PreK through 1st grade classes will not have rest time.

Please notify the Director if your child will not be attending due to illness.
Please keep your child home if any of these symptoms apply:
• Has a fever or has had one within 24 hrs
• Has a cold that is less than 4 days old
• Heavy runny nose or constant cough
• Has vomited or had diarrhea in the last 24 hrs
• Has any symptoms of a possible communicable diseaseTeachers cannot administer medication of any kind.

We believe that the best way to help a child is by rewarding positive behavior. When a child misbehaves, the teacher will redirect the child. If the behavior continues, the student may be placed in time out. Every effort is made to reassure the child that they are loved even though their behavior was not appropriate.
Due to the risk of the spread of infection, we are not able to let a child remain in school if he/she bites another child more than 3 times.
