So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I
say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into
the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he
says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe
that you receive them, and you will have them.
• Being a Christian in this world requires a relentless faith.
• Believing is the non-negotiable.
Hebrews 11:6 (NKJ)
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God
must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently
seek Him.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not
seen.
• The Earth operates on facts (senses); the Kingdom operates on truth
(faith).
Numbers 13:27–28, 30-33 (NKJV)
27 Then they told him, and said: “We went to the land where you sent us.
It truly flows with milk and honey, and this is its fruit. 28 Nevertheless
the people who dwell in the land are strong; the cities are fortified and very
large; moreover we saw the descendants of Anak there…..
30 Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up
at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it.” 31 But
the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against
the people, for they are stronger than we.” 32 And they gave the children
of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The
land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants,
and all the people whom we saw in it are men
of great stature. 33 There we saw the giants; and we were like
grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”
Numbers 14:6-9 (NKJV)
6 But Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who
were among those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes; 7 and
they spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying: “The
land we passed through to spy out is an exceedingly good land. 8 If
the Lord delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to
us, ‘a land which flows with milk and honey.’ 9 Only do not rebel against
the Lord, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their
protection has departed from them, and the Lord is with us. Do not fear
them.”
• The Word of God is the source of all faith. We trigger God’s promises by
the faith we speak.
Every single day, four voices compete for your focus:
1. Our own voice: driven by our flesh and emotions.
You can't let a voice that changes with your emotions author a faith that is
supposed to be relentless.
2. Others’ voice: driven by the expectation of others. This is the crowd
noise.
3. The enemy's voice: constantly reminding us of what we are not.
He brings up your past, your failures, and your shortcomings to convince
you you're not worthy.
4. God’s voice: it's the only voice that matters.
God’s voice doesn’t tell you who you were; it tells you who you are in
Christ. It doesn't look at the giants; it points to the
promise.
When you see things through the lens of faith, you start saying things
others won’t.
James 1:2-6 AMP
Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into
various trials. Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience]
produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace]. And
let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you
may be perfect and completely developed [in your faith], lacking in nothing.
If any of you lacks wisdom [to guide him through a decision or
circumstance], he is to ask of [our benevolent] God, who gives to everyone
generously and without rebuke or blame, and it will be given to him. But he
must ask [for wisdom] in faith, without doubting [God’s willingness to help],
for the one who doubts is like a billowing surge of the sea that is blown
about and tossed by the wind.
James 1:12 AMP
Blessed [happy, spiritually prosperous, favored by God] is the man who is
steadfast under trial and perseveres when tempted; for when he has
passed the test and been approved, he will receive the [victor’s] crown of
life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
James 1:19-20 AMP
Understand this, my beloved brothers and sisters. Let everyone be quick
to hear [be a careful, thoughtful listener], slow to speak [a speaker of
carefully chosen words and], slow to anger [patient, reflective, forgiving];
for the [resentful, deep-seated] anger of man does not produce the
righteousness of God [that standard of behavior which He requires from
us].
Numbers 14:24 (NKJV)
"But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has
followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his
descendants shall inherit it."
God honors obedience
• If your faith is weak, it’s simply a lack of God’s word coming out of your
mouth.
Matthew 25:23 AMP
His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have
been faithful and trustworthy over a little, I will put you in charge of many
things; share in the joy of your master.’
We MUST have relentless faith
1. Believe the word
2. Obey the word
3. Speak the word
