Don’t Just Attend Church. Build the Church. | Pastor Bill Scheer

In this Guts Church message, Pastor Bill Scheer teaches on stewardship, serving, and what it means to build the church Jesus is building. This message challenges believers to move beyond simply attending church and step into responsibility, service, and purpose.

Pastor Bill explains that every person has a part, every gift matters, and serving is how the body of Christ grows healthy and strong. From the local church to the Hitman outreach in public schools, this message shows how one person’s yes can impact someone else’s eternity.

You’re not just attending church. We’re building the Church.

Steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord .

1 Corinthians 15:58

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”

  • STEADFAST
    IMMOVABLE
    ABOUNDING

  • “I’m in. I’m planted. I’m committed. And I’m going to do something with my life that matters for eternity.”

  • A progressive list of what we talked about last week:

  1. Attend

  2. Belong

  3. Believe

  4. Serve

  5. Steward

  6. Multiply

Ephesians 2:10

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

  • God saved us, equipped us, gifted us, and planted us so we could make a difference.

1. JESUS DEFINED GREATNESS BY SERVING

Mark 10:42-45

42 But Jesus called them to Himself and said to them, “You know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 43 Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. 44 And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”

  • Jesus completely redefined greatness.

  • In the Kingdom, greatness isn’t measured by how many people serve you. It’s measured by how many people your life serves.

2. EVERY PERSON HAS A PART

1 Corinthians 12:18

But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased.

  • You have a place. You have a gift. You have an assignment. You have something this church needs.

  • What did God put in me that the strategy of this church needs?

  • Everyone can do something.

3. SERVING TURNS A CROWD INTO A CHURCH

Ephesians 4
“1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. 8 Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.” 9 (Now this, “He ascended”—what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.) 11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head - Christ - 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

  • The Body grows when every part does its share.

  • That’s the picture of a healthy church:

  • Every part doing its share.

  • Imagine Guts Church where everybody who calls this church home says:

  • I have a part.

  • I build the church.

  • I do ministry.

  • I carry responsibility.

  • “What are we building?”

  • That’s when church becomes powerful.

4. SOMEBODY’S ETERNITY IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF YOUR YES

Message Transcript

0:00 I want to let you know last week I I I spoke about stewardship

0:08 and I I got a bit convicted about it because I thought, you know, I'm not

0:15 sure I've I'm not sure that we've I I've sown enough just regarding stewardship

0:24 and and just honestly a working definition of it. So, we broke it down.

0:29 If if if you want to look at that, you could probably get online and see it.

0:33 But I want to let you know, you're not just attending church today. We're building the church. You know, I' I've

0:43 had it on my heart because there's I've got pet peeves and and if you're around me often enough, you're on staff or

0:49 you're a pastor or an elder or I I have a meal, you're we're going to run into my pet peeves. And things that trigger

0:58 me a little bit, you know, one of them is, man, let's go on the attack. How about that? Anybody with me on that? And and so what we've got to understand now is that we're building the church.

1:09 That's what we're doing. And and I'm I'm I'm writing a book right now just whatever I do, whatever happens with it

1:17 happens, I guess. But um it's what what what I hate about church. And I know that sounds awkward coming from a

1:25 pastor, but it's like, wait, what are we doing? And what Sandy and I decided to do early on in but in the inception of

1:33 the the vision of this church, number one, we were sent by Bob Yandian at Grace Fellowship. So it wasn't like I just woke up one day or Sandy woke up

1:42 and said, "Hey, let's just let's go start a work." No, we were sent. But but and and a little bit of that might have been to get me out of his hair, but but

1:51 it worked out great. But um but see, we we look at this and it's like, okay, we are gonna major on the majors and not

2:00 the minors. We are gonna the absolutes of God's word is what we're going to build this church on. The traditions of men, that's what polarizes people.

2:10 And so we tried not to be very traditional. We we're we still try to.

2:15 But what's funny is church has kind of come our direction. You know, for for decades, we ran in our lane and no one

2:23 else was running in it. I could I could preach in jeans and boots and and a black t-shirt and and and just preach

2:30 the word and and and then everybody started wearing jeans and boots and I'm like, "Okay, you guys are ruining it.

2:36 Get get put your suit back on. Put get that clip clip on tie back on." But but we're we're here to build the church.

2:43 That's why you're here. I want to let you know. And some of you guys will say, "Well, I'm just a visitor here." Well, you know what? you've already gone

2:50 through the music. You You're in. And and and I was I I was with I I was with

2:57 Joel L course yesterday and God spoke to me on a tea box, the 16th T. God spoke to me about this message. So I'm going

3:04 to I'm I'm just going to tell you what God laid on my heart. He said these three phrases. Look, steadfast,

3:13 immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.

3:19 Now, I'm talking about stewardship here and and it's going to leak today into serving and volunteering and and and

3:27 your your your your role and responsibility in the church. But listen, three quick terms, steadfast, immovable,

3:35 always abounding in the work of the Lord. That has to be etched in our soul because you know what, man? The devil's going to try to deceive you and lie to

3:43 you and and get you to compromise on the and if you Let me just help you. If you don't compromise on steadfast,

3:50 immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, guess what? You're going to always overcome. Always. 1 Corinthians

3:58 15:58 says, "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing, now listen, that your

4:07 labor is not in vain in the Lord." See, let me just tell you, whatever you do,

4:15 the Bible talks about the last being first. The Bible talks about the the least among us all the time. But listen, so you might be thinking, man, what I do is insignificant.

4:25 Let me help you. Josiah, a lot of you guys know him because he he he lead covers our the crosswalk right outside

4:33 the west entrance. How many you guys have run into Josiah? How many you guys have ever had a bad experience Jos out there? No. as a first impression. I'm

4:41 telling you, that guy is as important as anybody that does anything on this stage. And you know what ends up

4:48 happening? Teenagers start hanging out there. And now he's got a deal they call late night lifts. And they go to the gym late at night. And it's like dozens of

4:57 guys, a lot of them don't show up at church, just muscle heads that he's preaching the word and he's praying with them and they're lifting. And I'm like, there's something special about this.

5:06 But get back to that crosswalk.

5:09 [snorts]

5:11 See, because there are, but if you look at it, it's like, yeah, but that's a low-level task. Are you kidding me?

5:17 He's in the top five most important positions in our church.

5:23 That first impression, you only have one shot at it. So, I want that to be a sure thing. See, steadfast, immovable, abounding.

5:34 See, that doesn't sound very passive to me.

5:39 It doesn't it it doesn't sound like somebody that is in the locker room putting on a uniform to go sit on the sideline.

5:50 See, I I want to I want to leave a mark with this message. It doesn't sound like somebody waiting for somebody else to do it.

6:01 See, it sounds like somebody who's decided.

6:07 Get a get a get a picture of this profession of faith

6:14 and and let's let's confess this together. Okay, put it on the screen.

6:20 Okay, you ready? Let's make this profession of faith. I'm in. I'm planted. I'm committed. And I'm going to

6:28 do something with my life that matters for eternity.

6:33 See, let let's do it again. Put it back up there. Okay. Ready? Read.

6:48 accomplish that.

6:50 I And let me just help you. That right there is where vision starts.

6:56 See a progressive list of what we talked about last week. Six quick items.

7:05 Attend, belong, believe, serve,

7:13 steward, then multiply.

7:18 see the growth when we know that we're hitting every step. We're not trying to

7:25 take an escalator. We're not trying to take an elevator. We're not trying to skip any steps. When we know we we're in that multiplication process,

7:34 see God, we need you to show yourself real and alive in this service today.

7:43 We we can't leave here the way we we came. The way we came in is not how we're leaving.

7:50 We're better because your word is that powerful.

7:54 God, your word is that alive. See, Ephesians 2:10 says, "For we are his workmanship."

8:02 See, what what what you're doing in here right now is God's working on you right now. And what it's going to bring is

8:10 liberty and freedom. What it's going to bring is boldness and authority.

8:14 See, it's you're not going to be in the back seat anymore. See, what God wants to do, especially in your life, is put you in control of your life. That's what true biblical prosperity is for me.

8:25 You're in control of your life. See, I don't I don't boil it down to finances or resources. It's control. And and no

8:34 weapon formed against you can control your life is what the Bible says. It is is prosper over you. We are his workmanship. Now listen, created in

8:42 Christ Jesus for good works that we should simply walk in them. See, for we are his workmanship.

8:51 We've God didn't save us just so we could sit in a seat at church, find our place. Let me tell you what's

8:58 in that seat that you're sitting in problems.

9:02 Let me tell you what you do when you walk out of that seat is you activate the problemsolving nature of the Holy Spirit.

9:11 See, that's who he is. God's given us an advantage by filling us with his spirit.

9:16 Man, those guys those guys saw the victory of Jesus and Jesus said, "I must go so the comforter of that which is the Holy Spirit can come upon you and you'll

9:23 be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost. I'm I'm fixing to turn you loose." See, he didn't just save us to sit.

9:34 God saved us, equipped us, gifted us, and planted us so that we could make a difference.

9:44 And and see, we start stuttering and stammering and tripping over people that are haters

9:52 when all they should do is fuel. You see, if there's no resistance, there's not going to be any elevation. Any

9:59 pilots in here, you got to take off against the wind.

10:04 It doesn't make sense. It's like, wait, we got to we got to get that. We got to get the speed up. So, we need that wind in our back. No. You know what? That wind in our face causes elevation.

10:15 See, and we've got to understand that it's not something that we're trying to get from you. It's something God wants to do for you.

10:24 See that serving in a church isn't it's it become you know what we become

10:31 we we become practically line upon line and precept upon precept in people's lives

10:38 and and let me tell you I have a gift on my life and one and a part of the gifting on my life is you can look at me and say dear God if he can do it anybody

10:45 can do it and it's true because there's something that that

10:51 happens in you when you begin to do what God created you to do

10:58 and let me let me help you. It starts simply by doing this your first step

11:07 and and you know what happens is just like in a toddler's life they take Louis took that first step. How long did it take him to take another step and then

11:15 another step and then he's running all over the place.

11:18 Now I'm watching him now I'm watching him run to to Junior Kids Church.

11:26 But it just in my in my memory it's just that first step and it was like oh my gosh a quick list. I'm big list guy now

11:33 because I'm an abstract thinker and an abstract communicator. So if I make lists you concrete thinkers are thinking man this guy's sharp.

11:41 So here's the [laughter] list.

11:44 I shouldn't have said that. I should have just number one Jesus defined greatness by serving.

11:54 See, we didn't make this up that that, hey, you need to serve. You need to be on a team. You need Jesus did. Look at

12:01 Mark 10:42. But Jesus called them to himself and said to them, "You know that those who are considered rulers over the

12:08 Gentiles lorded over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them.

12:14 Yet it shall not be so among you. But whoever desires to become great among

12:22 you shall be your servant, and whoever of you desires to be first shall be a slave of all.

12:31 For even the Son of Man didn't come to be served, but to serve and to give his life a ransom for many. You want to be like Jesus? Your life is a ransom.

12:43 You're you serving in this church is paying a debt that other people have made.

12:49 See, Jesus completely redefined greatness.

12:54 But you know what? That that that that's not how the world has tried to condition us. that has tried to mold us or groom us.

13:05 The world says get a title, get recognized, get people working for you.

13:13 Jesus said, "Grab a towel. You're going to be washing feet. Find a need.

13:21 Help somebody." In the kingdom, greatness isn't measured by how many people serve you.

13:29 It's measured by how many people your life serves.

13:35 And if Jesus, the King of Kings, remember, could serve, none of us are too important to serve.

13:46 At Guts Church, where you're seated right now, serving is what we do because serving is who we are.

13:55 You know, I realized just going into this, I'd see all these I saw I saw all these ministry people and preachers that are so talented,

14:03 have such a high skill level, and I realized I don't have any talents.

14:10 My skill level's low.

14:15 So, it kind of cornered me into what can I do for you? People say, "Man, that's awkward. What do you mean? I whatever you need I'll I'm resourceful.

14:26 What can I do for you?

14:31 Silver and gold have I none but what I do have.

14:36 Number two, everybody, every person, every human being in this room has a part.

14:46 1 Corinthians 12:18 says, ' But now God has set the members, each one of them, every one of them, in the body just as he pleased.

14:56 Notice that language. God set them.

15:00 Do you understand? You are a setpiece in God's kingdom. You are a setpiece in the strategy that that God has. But but let

15:09 me tell you, I know that we're out of place when we start saying things like, "Well, everybody just seems to be under attack.

15:16 No, you know what? There's wars and there's rumors of wars and there's pestilence and there's there's there's there's been sickness and disease since Adam fell. But see, we got to look at it

15:25 now. And Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law. He became a curse for us. See, there's a curse that's a part of the law.

15:34 Man, God never intended us to have a law, but you know what? They they cried out for it. So, God gave them the law, saying, "There's no way that you'll be

15:41 able to do it." And Jesus said, "Look, if you do it in your heart, you've done it." See, you're not here accidentally or by happen stance.

15:52 God places people in his church intentionally.

15:58 I don't know you, son, but there's a reason you're here.

16:02 And and and I don't want to I don't want to miss that reason.

16:07 And I don't want to just say, "Hey, thanks for visiting. Hey, thanks for coming. Hey, I sure appreciate it.

16:12 Because you know what's happened in the climate of church in 2026? People shop churches.

16:19 So I know people are coming in there kicking the tires.

16:22 And you'll say, "Well, but do you want everybody?" Heck yeah, I want everybody because we the the devil wants us to be

16:30 satisfied with this. Be satisfied with our our piece of the pie or our sliver of the pie. I'm not. I want the whole dad gum pie.

16:38 I ran into our mayor this last week and he talked to me for 45 minutes in a parking lot. His whole staff standing around there. You know what he told me three times? Pastor, I'm a believer.

16:52 Pastor, I'm a believer.

16:54 Man, I say that I'm not putting him on notice. But let me tell you something. I'm I'm taking him at his word. I'm thinking now we can do something.

17:03 He's on the team, man. God's placed him.

17:08 Man, we've got we've got all it's a it's an election cycle right now. And we look at it, it's like, wait a second. I want to hear God.

17:18 See, you have a place. You have a gift.

17:21 I walked into our staff. We had a staff a staff day last week. I walked into the staff and I looked at this 70 people in

17:28 this room had a had the most incredible staff day.

17:33 And I looked at them and they weren't even people. They were gifts.

17:37 It was overwhelming for me. I'm like, I'm looking at a room full of gifts. You have a place. You have a gift.

17:46 You have an assignment.

17:49 You have something people in this church need.

17:54 Man, when I first met Josiah, what could he do?

18:03 He needs some teaching. He needs some training. You need some development.

18:06 Well, guess what? He showed up early every day and he got some teaching. He got some training. He got some development.

18:14 Now, his butt better be out in that crosswalk between these services.

18:19 We have to have him there. He's a key component.

18:23 See, we've got to understand that. See, the question isn't, does the church need volunteers? It's like, no, duh.

18:32 see what God's going to do. God's going to continue to grow this church. The capacity that's on the inside of us, and it's based upon the people that we can

18:39 hook up, that we could connect with, we could recruit, we could train, we could develop, and we could we could

18:47 not employ. What's the word I'm looking for? Deploy. Thank you. And we could deploy.

18:54 See, the better question is this. What did God put in me? That's the strategy that this church needs.

19:11 Can you greet? Can you lead a team? Can you teach a kid? Can you disciple a teenager?

19:20 We have people in this church that love being with teenagers. I do. And I understand it's weird.

19:28 Who wants to be around teenagers? They're barely housebroke.

19:36 Somebody can pray. People run cameras here.

19:42 Park cars. They can People can clean.

19:48 People can People can organize.

19:53 People can encourage, give, everyone can do something.

20:01 Number three, serving turns a crowd into a church.

20:08 Ephesians 4:1 says, 'I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, interesting introduction, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling for which you were

20:17 called. And with all loneliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,

20:26 people bug you. People can be offensive.

20:31 So, you know what? I've determined I'm unoffendable. endeavoring to keep the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, one spirit,

20:40 just as you were called in one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism,

20:50 one God and father of all, who is above all and through all and in you all. And

20:56 that's the key. See, there spiritual gifts.

21:03 Ephesians 4:7 says, "But to each one of us, grace has been given according to the measure of Christ's gift."

21:10 There's a power that's in your life right now that is combustible, that is ignited by you taking a step toward the

21:19 gifting God's put in you. When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive and gave gifts to men.

21:29 Now, this he ascended What does it mean? But that he descended in the lower parts of the earth.

21:38 He who descended is also the one who ascended far above all the heavens that he might fill all things. And he now

21:47 listen to this. And he himself gave gave some to be a apostles, prophets,

21:53 evangelists, pastors, and teachers. for now listen for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry till

22:01 we all come to the unity of faith for the edifying of the body of Christ see this there's an equipping

22:10 for you to grab grab the plow that we should no longer be children tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine every

22:19 comment every opinion online man I was just talking to my mom this morning I heard this on the news and I'm like turn the news off.

22:29 What are you going to do about it? No.

22:31 All they all that does it just sews a seed in you and you don't have any it's taking up ground. It's probably weeds.

22:39 Okay, I got that off my chest.

22:43 by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,

22:51 but speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ,

22:59 from whom the whole body joined and knit together. Listen to where this is going.

23:05 The whole body joined and knit together where every joint supplies.

23:12 Think about it.

23:17 Every need you have in your life is supplied by what where you're connected.

23:22 See, I'm a big proponent of what what's really important is who you're with and where you are. A lot of people think

23:30 that, well, what you do is really important. You know what the word says about that? Whatever you do, do it

23:37 heartily as of unto the Lord, according to the effective working by which every part does its share.

23:45 What happens then? It causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. [snorts] See, the body grows. The

23:53 church grows when every part does its share.

23:58 And that's the picture of a healthy church.

24:01 Not a handful of exhausted people doing everything.

24:07 Not not now, here's another one. Not professional ministry while happening while everybody else watches. It's not the genius and a

24:16 thousand little helpers. It used to be that every part doing its share.

24:24 Your vision of life, your vision of family, your vision of marriage, your vision of ministry, your vision of church is vital.

24:34 Imagine God's church where everybody who calls a church home says this. I have a part.

24:41 I don't just come to church.

24:44 I build the church. I don't just receive ministry. I do ministry. I don't just occupy a seat. I carry responsibility.

24:55 And that's become a almost a cuss word in our in our culture today. Man, take responsibility.

25:03 I don't just ask what's happening at church. I say what are we building? That's when church becomes powerful.

25:12 And number four, somebody's eternity is on the other side of your yes.

25:23 I'm going to stop here and I'm going to pick up there next week because

25:31 I want to throw something in front of you.

25:34 We have a legacy [music] team here. And what that legacy team is is simply the vision of the church. And when I when I

25:43 it's it's the kids building, it's the youth building, it's it's the missions that we do.

25:51 international missions. It's outreach here in town.

25:56 It's it it it it's simply a ca it's kingdom builders is what it is. And we call it a legacy team. Got a big [music]

26:04 we got a big dinner, a big meeting coming up in October.

26:08 Um, but but I want to tell you that a part of that legacy team that people can contribute to is our Hitman program.

26:21 And [music] we are in 20 high schools that we do an outreach called Hitman. And we've done it, Sandy and I have done it since 1988.

26:32 We didn't move it, we didn't move to Tulsa till 1990. And we kept doing it here, but we did it in high schools in Southern California. And then we moved

26:40 it here. And it it just picked up here in Tulsa. And we've done it now for the

26:46 for 36 years here in Tulsa. And what we do is we go to area high schools. And right now it's 20 high schools.

26:55 We go to area high schools and once a week we have a we have a Hitman rep representative [music] that that goes to that high

27:04 school to give a t-shirt out to the player who made the had the biggest hit in the the the the Friday night before.

27:15 and we're not real sensitive to concussions and CTS and stuff like that, but but they get a t-shirt for the

27:22 biggest hit and they give a five or six minute sermon.

27:29 They preach. These coaches blow their whistle, stop practice, and get everybody together. And these kids take

27:36 a knee the middle of the practice field and we get to preach to them every [music] week. We host them here in our

27:44 Guts Youth Church and it's it's a phenomenal outreach. There's NFL players

27:51 right now that wear that Hitman t-shirt under their pads on Sundays and it's

27:58 kind of like a good luck charm or an a rabbit's foot. But but I run into people a lot. I ran into a guy at an airport,

28:07 bald-headed, a gray beard. He goes, "Hey, I was a hitman in Webster." And I'm like, "How old are you?

28:16 [laughter]

28:17 Am I the only one not aging?" But but it came up. I'm just going to let you know. I've never done this really before.

28:26 I I I we they're making the order for the

28:33 t-shirts for 20 high schools and it's $6,000.

28:39 And I thought, I'm going to tell the church because we keep things a secret that we shouldn't and we don't mean to.

28:48 So, Hitman is shockingly effective in public schools.

28:53 And let me tell you, we can be the people that are pointing fingers at the public schools,

29:00 degrading them. And I I get, we want our kids to be able to read. We want them to know basic math. We don't want to teach

29:07 them to be hoodlams, okay? But we're actually in those schools and it's 20 of

29:14 them and it could be more. So, I want to give you an opportunity to get your phone and tap.

29:22 I don't know how else to tell you other than to do that. I don't know how to describe it, but it's [music] for and I

29:31 broke it down because, you know, I'm a like a scientist, but it's 300 bucks to school. It's like, what the heck?

29:41 My gosh, a lot of you guys will spend that at lunch today. But see, we've got to look at and understand that we've got to do our share.

29:53 Six grand's the whole thing. And guess what? If more comes in, there's more schools out there. And these aren't

30:01 schools that have nuclear families.

30:07 These are schools where kids go home to an empty house.

30:12 A lot of times their parents aren't even there ever.

30:17 They're they're kids that are relying on school to feed them.

30:22 And and listen, I'm not trying to give you a sob story. I'm not trying to connect with your bleeding heart. I'm just telling you I've got a vision for those schools.

30:32 I I had a superintendent 20 or 25 years ago said, "Can we have lunch?" I said, "Sure." And he he knew what we did in schools.

30:42 And he asked me at lunch, he said, "Can you take the Nathan Hale football program?" I said, "What? [music] You know, I have a job.

30:53 I I I have a church. I don't know what you think I do. He said, "We need help." I was just with the mayor this week.

31:03 He [music] You know what? He went right to schools. He went from homeless to schools.

31:08 I'm like, "We can help with both." But I don't know. I don't want to get emotional about this. I am.

31:22 We got to I Here's what I think schools [music] are.

31:29 This issue with schools is like third and one or fourth and one. Just got to go get a yard.

31:39 We don't have to run a flea flicker or Hail Mary.

31:43 We just How many you guys can get a yard? You're leaving the huddle and we call your number.

31:50 Johnny, can you go get us a yard? A yard. You know what a yard is? A step.

31:58 So tap your phone.

32:01 Give toward the legacy and let's take over. You guys with me on that?

32:10 [applause and music]

32:16 Okay, let's pray.

32:19 Anybody got an issue with praying right now?

32:23 Because if you do, I'm going to call you up here and make you pray with me [music] right here in the front.
